      Yes, you can. Please contact us and give us the details before place the order.

      General Package with foam strip and carton box; Stonger package with foam and honeycomb carton box.
3) What's your terms of delivery?
      EXW, FOB,CFR,CIF
4) What's your sample policy?
      We can supply the sample, but the customer have to pay the sample cost and the courier cost.
5) How do you make our business long-term and a good relationship?
      We keep good quality, and competitive price to ensure our customer's benefit
6) What's the warranty for your products?
      1 Year.
7) What kind of certification your products have?
      We have CE, ROHS, SAA, GSG, CUPC, IP44.
8) What value-added services provide?
      We provide free product design, free stock, free CAD drawings, free HD product photos, and customized services according to your requirement.
9) How to control quality?
      We have QC to check the quality when the products are producing.
10) How to solve the client's complaints?
      We will give the solutions according to the issue.
11) Where customers you are exporting to?
      We are exporting to many countries, the main customer is the U.S. and Europe. 
12) Can you ship goods to customer port?
      Yes, we can. But need extra shipping cost.
13) Which kind of package do you need?
      We have standard package(2cm foam+box); delivery package(honeycomb box); stronger package(5cm foam+box);
14) What material do you need?
      We can supply MDF, Plywood and PVC.
15) Are you the right supplier for  me?
      Spremium focus on production of quality bathroom cabinets and led bathroom mirror only.
      We are also selling other sanitary ware product but with very strict selection.
16) It's my first time to import from China, what should I do to start business with you?
      Make sure you know the market, or we will do the research for you and recommend design for your reference.
      We are selling our bathroom cabinet and led bathroom mirror to more than 30 countries, you can use our experience.
      We can arrange production, delivery, custom clearance, until you get the goods in your warehouse.
17) What's your MOQ?
      Our minimal order quantity is 20 sets each model, at least one container. Avoid the products damage.
18) Can I get a sample?Will it take more cost to get a sample?
      Of course you can get a sample in 15-20 days, depends on design and busy season.
      Sample need cost but we will return the sample product value after order 1x40HQ PO.
19) What's your delivery time?
      Usually it will take 35-40 days for 1x40HQ container.
      But it also changes by the design and busy season.
20) What is your solution when I got product with flaw?
      Please contact us as soon as you find product with flaw.
      If it was confirmed that it was our mistake, we will return by money or send replaced one by next shipment or DHL.
      Please remember that we will always take responsibility to our products.
21) If the cusomter can visit our factory?
      Sure, we are warmly welcome you to visit our factory!
22) What's your payment?
      Our payment term is by T/T, 30% deposit, 70% before shipment.
23) Can I offer design and get own design?
      Yes, produce the same cabinet as your design.
24) What services do you offer?
      We offer bathroom sanitary products. Like bathroom cabinet, shower door and mirror.
25) Do you offer delivery?
      Sorry we only delivery by shipping, FOB, CIF. because our products are not suitable to delivery the volume is too big.
26) Can you expedite my orders shipment?
      The ability to expedite a shipment is dependent on shipment boat.
27) Do you drill faucet holes before shipping?
      All our basins and tops with faucet hole.

     We do not always reserve stock, if have, we will notify you.

    Yes, we could. We could add touch switch, sensor switch, defogger, dimming, color change, time clock and bluetooth.
9) What is your warranty?
     5 years warranty.
10) How package?
      One piece one carton; with polyfoam each side and put in a strong double corrugated carton.
11) What certification do you have?
      We have CE, IP65, RoHS, UL, cUL,SAA, ETL.
12) When can I get the price?
      We usually quote within 48 hours after we get your inquiry. If you are very urgent to get the price, please tell us in your email so that we will regard you inquiry priority.
13) Can I have a sample order for LED light mirror?
      Yes, we welcome sample order to test and check qualiry. 1 pc for sample checking isalso avaliable.
14) How to proceed an order for LED light mirror?
      1. Let us know your requirements or application.
      2. We quote according to your requirements or our suggestions.
      3. Customer confirms the samples and places deposite for formal order.
      4. We arrange the production.
15) Is it ok to print my logo on LED light mirror?
      Yes. Please give us details and confirm the design before our production.
16) What functions do you offer?
      We offer the following function options: Defogger, Time clock, Bluetooth, Dimmable, Socket. You could choose what you need.
17) Do you allow to do quality check after order completed?
      Yes, you are welcome to our factory to check the quiality, we also have QC to check the products randomly.
18) How to contral the material quality?
      We ask the glass supplier to check the glass, when we cut the material, our workers also will check again and pick out the damage or scraches glass. The accemble workers will double check the mirror surface, lasr check step is our QC will check the products agin. Then the mirror could pass the test.
19) Does your factory has Hi-Pot Tester?
      We do not have the Hi-Pot Tester, because our products is the low voltage product, and the drive supplier is the long time cooperate company, they will test the drivers before delivery and will give us the reports.
20) How many workers do you have in your factory?
      We have around 50-60 workers in our mirror factory.
21) What's your main customers?
      Our main customers in U.S. and Europe.

    Both. It depends on our customers' requirements. We could ship both types.
9) Do your cabinets have soft-closing doors?
     Yes. All of our cabinets have a soft-closing system.
10) Are your cabinets strong enough to support a granite countertop?
      Yes. Our cabinets make with wood and screw, have enough power to support it.
11) How to finish your cabinet?
      Lacquer Cabinet with 7 layers lacquer, Melamine cabinet without lacquer.
12) The wood material is different.
      Solid wood: It is lumber that has been milled directly from the tree. Dried and sawn to the needed dimensions. It does not warp as easily as many engineered woods, but it is more susceptible to stains. And solid wood is easier to repair than veneers or other engineered woods, which is one reason that it is used for many types of projects.
Solid wood furniture is strong enough to easily satisfy all furniture applications, and it can last for centuries. Solid wood is expensive. Each type of solid wood has its own characteristics, including its grain pattern, color and texture.
       
       Plywood: Plywood is a material manufactured from thin layers or “plies” of wood veneers that are glued together with adjacent layers having their wood grain rotated up to 90 degrees to one another. It is an engineered wood from the family of manufactured boards which includes MDF and chipboard.
All plywood bind resin and wood fiber sheets. This alternation of the grain is called cross-graining and has several important benefits: it reduces the tendency of wood to split when nailed at the edges; it reduces expansion and shrinkage, providing improved dimensional stability; and it makes the strength of the panel consistent across all directions.

        MDF: Medium-density fibreboard is an engineered wood product made by breaking down hardwood or softwood residuals into wood fibers, often in a defibrillator, combing it with wax and a resin binder and forming it into panels by applying
High temperature and pressure.
MDF is generally denser than plywood. It is stronger and much denser than particle board.

        OSB: Oriented Strand Board was created in the 1970s as inventors extended the use of wafer board. It differs from other wood-scrap products because its long strip of wood is placed strategically rather than randomly. That’s where it gets its name, since the strands are “oriented” as a whole.
OSB uses the wood from trees that grow quickly and sustainably, like aspen poplar, southern yellow pine and mixed hardwood species. The process of making OSB involves cutting the logs into strands that are then dried, organized, and treated with wax and binders. To form panels, these strands are grouped into big sheets and pressurized at a high temperature.
