Every product undergoes the following core processes

All raw materials come from qualified suppliers through qualification audits. The QC department conducts sampling inspections according to standards, including material composition, dimensions, appearance, and environmental indicators. Only qualified materials are warehoused; unqualified materials are returned directly.

Detailed production plans are made according to customer order requirements, uniformly scheduled by the production management department. The material department prepares materials according to the BOM list, ensuring raw materials, accessories, and packaging materials arrive on time.

Precise cutting according to product drawings, using CNC equipment to ensure cutting dimensional accuracy within ±0.5mm. Initial processing includes board cutting, profile processing, glass cutting, etc.

Finishing includes edge banding, drilling, grooving, polishing, spraying, electroplating and other surface treatment processes. Each process has work instructions and quality standards.

Components are assembled. For products with functional components (such as LED mirrors, shower door hardware), functional debugging is performed after assembly to ensure circuits, water lines, and structures operate normally.

Dedicated QC inspectors conduct full-item inspections according to AQL sampling standards, including appearance, dimensions, function, safety, and packaging. Qualified products are labeled with conformity marks.

Qualified products adopt standardized packaging solutions, selecting appropriate cushioning materials and outer cartons based on product characteristics to ensure long-distance transportation safety. Entered into WMS and stored by order.

Inspections every 2 hours, first article confirmation, abnormal shutdown and rectification. Production process is traceable.

100% appearance and function inspection. AQL2.5 sampling. Reliability testing verification.

Thickness tolerance ±0.1mm, waterproof rating IPX7, uniform and stable density.

Fully automatic tempering furnace + CNC edging. Fragment state meets safety standards.

CNC stamping + automatic assembly. Opening/closing test ≥50,000 cycles without failure.

Modular design, UL certified, IP44 waterproof rating.

Eco-friendly spraying + anodizing. Salt spray test ≥48 hours without rust.
